Yes. Some public contracts need architects, surveyors and engineers together. We can draft the requests to your partners for what we need from them, so you don't have to chase it.

A week or more between receiving the pack and the deadline is comfortable. Less can work if the pack and your material arrive quickly.

No. The bid is made in your name, so you upload it through the buyer's portal. We give you notes on formats, file names and signed forms so the upload goes smoothly.

Writing the bid costs you nothing. If you submit it, there is a flat fee, and a success fee if you win. We agree both with you before we start.

Then you don't submit it and you owe us nothing. We would like to hear why, so the next one is better.

No. You set your fee. We make sure the pricing schedule goes back in the form the buyer asked for.

We may write for other practices on other tenders. We don't write the same tender for two firms, and nothing you send us is used for anyone else.

They are covered by our confidentiality undertaking for three years. If you ask, we delete or return everything and confirm in writing once it is done.
