Most practices get a score and a few lines of feedback, then move on to the next deadline. The reasons a bid lost are often in the detail: an answer that missed part of the question, a project that didn't match the scope, or strong work described in a way the evaluator couldn't score.

- The tender questions, or the full pack if you still have it
- The buyer's feedback or scores, if you received them, forwarded as they are
